Artists whose distinctive artistic position is evident in a substantial body of work are invited to apply for the art prize.

For the applications, you require the following

• Six colour-reproductions (prints on photo paper) in DIN A4 format or 21.0 x 29.7 cm of six selected works. It is important that the photos are of good quality. The originals can be of any size.

• "Image Directory" Form with the key details about the six selected works.

• "Personal Data" Form with the personal details of the artist, previous exhibitions as well as the data of a contact person or supporting institution.

• Signed "Consent form”

With the submission, you agree that your documents submitted remain in the euward archive. We do not return submission documents.

Following the preliminary selection procedure, a shortlist of around 20 artists will be announced on the website from October 28th, 2026.

Entrants who are not nominated will not be separately notified or contacted personally. No reason will be given for the exclusion from the final jury.
